Dukan Attack Phase Tuna Fritters
1 package water-packed tuna
1 egg or 2 egg whites
1 1/2 tablespoons oat bran
Mix together all ingredients and let sit for five minutes or so to let the oat bran soften. Form into patties and cook over medium heat in a pan with a small amount of olive oil.
Spicy No-sugar Cocktail Sauce
1 tablespoon horseradish
1 teaspoon vinegar
Pinch of stevia or sweetener of your choice
1 tablespoon sugar-free tomato paste
option: add no-fat greek yogurt for a creamy, spicy seafood dip
